At image integral we may collect the following information: Name, Contact information including e-mail address, Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests. We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with an excellent level of service, and for the following reasons: Internal record keeping, Improving our products and services, periodically sending promotional e-mails about new products, services, special offers or any other information that we feel may be of interest to you. We may contact you for market research purposes.
We do not collect any sensitive information. You do not have to provide us with any Personal Data. However, if you do not then we would then not be able to contact you about the service we provide.
The legal basis for our collecting this information can be found in the General Data Protection Regulations 2018 and is stated as that of ‘Legitimate Interest’….
Processing shall be lawful only if and to the extent that at least one of the following applies – “processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.”
